Important information

For hygiene reasons, please do not bring food and beverages into the hotel room.

When you leave the hotel, your wristbands will be removed at the reception.

Please do not use glass cups and bottles or tableware in the pool area.

Free sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool are available on a limited basis.

The All Inclusive service begins at 15:00 on the day of check-in, and includes coffee and light breakfast at the pool bar.

Parking spaces are limited. If there is no parking space, we will direct you to a public parking space in the immediate vicinity.

On the check-out day, the final meal is lunch at 12:00

1.1. You could make a reservation for the Roma Palace Deluxe hotel in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm availability.

1.3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. It describes the type and number of rooms reserved, the hotel’s check-in and check-out dates, the number of people and children specified in the reservation request, the meal type, and the amount due.

1.4. A security deposit of up to 50% of the entire value of the reservation may be mentioned as a necessary security deposit to be paid before check-in at the hotel’s discretion. We expect receiving payment from you within 3 (three) working days of sending our e-mail (unless another period is agreed between the parties). The remaining amount of your reservation is due on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a security deposit has been transferred, the cancellation penalties mentioned below apply.

1.5. If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid, but it is only deemed CONFIRMED after completing the necessary payment for the specific request and receiving payment confirmation via e-mail.

1.6. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

Cancellation terms

2.1. You can cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 10 (ten) days before arrival, the customer does not owe a penalty, except in the event of reservations made under special holiday packages, where the rules for reservations and cancellations are further detailed,

2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation 10 (ten), but not less than 3 (three) days before arrival, you owe a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid as a deposit.

2.4. In the case of cancellation of the reservation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

2.5 Roma Palace Deluxe Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation due to force majeure or other factors beyond the hotelier’s control.

In these cases, the hotelier::

  • Offers the client accommodation for another period at the same conditions and pricing.
  • Refunds the client’s deposit within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request for this from the tourist, without owing a penalty.

Accommodation conditions

3.1. 3.1. Check-in and check-out hours:

3.2. In the event of a late check-out, you will be charged according to our price list, which you can view on-site at the hotel. Under certain conditions, you may not be charged after consultation with the hotel’s on-site management.

3.3. Pets are not accommodated.

3.4. Check-in at the hotel is accomplished by the presenting of personal documents proving the visitors’ identity. The information you provide is protected in line with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts governing information protection, and it is processed only in connection with the implementation of the Tourism Act’s established requirements. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1 Noya OOD agrees to fully provide the client with the services requested and paid for.

5.2. Noya OOD agrees not to alter the cost of the services requested by the client, except in extraordinary instances where it is economically justified,

5.3. Noya OOD is not liable for any damages caused by third-party activity.

5.4. All complaints on the quality of paid services must be submitted by the customer on-site at the hotel in order to eliminate weaknesses. The submission is made in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer should request a report from the responsible person. The client will receive the hotel management’s official opinion on the matter within three (three) working days of its preparation.

5.5. Amounts paid for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the client’s error are non-refundable.

5.6. All costs mentioned on the Roma Palace Deluxe hotel’s website, as well as via e-mail: and hotel messages addressed to the client, are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. They may be linked to other offers, promotions, and terms in some situations. If you require any additional information about our offerings, please contact our team.

5.7. Additional service fees are not included in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms (stored outside the personal safe), the restaurants, the pool or the wellness center, as well as for damages caused by third parties.

5.9. During his stay at the hotel, the customer accepts responsibility for following commonly accepted rules of good behavior. The customer is responsible for any material damage to the hotel.

5.10. In accordance with national legislation, smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Roma Palace Deluxe Hotel. As a result, in the event of noncompliance with the legislation, the hotel retains the right to levy a cost of BGN 150.00 without previous notice.

5.11. Customers using the Roma Palace Deluxe hotel’s services must be of legal age according to Bulgarian law (above 18 (eighteen) years old). Children can only enter if accompanied by their parents or other legal authorities. Guess are not permitted to leave their children unaccompanied on hotel property.

5.12 The information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions are subject to modification at any time by Noya OOD. Despite every effort to offer genuine and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a client makes a reservation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to our General Terms and Conditions. Reservations made by phone, e-mail, or through our website are regarded an emerging contractual relationship. The payment constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for staying at the hotel.


5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not resolved by these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the site, the statutory mandatory provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
